Research Interests

  • Remediation of soils/sediments/wastewaters contaminated with inorganic/organic pollutants (toxic metals, PAHs, etc.) by the use of innovative and advanced electrochemical techniques.
  • Qualitative and quantitative toxicity characterization, management and treatment of WEEE.
  • Recovery of valuable materials (metals, polarizers, etc.) from WEEE.
  • Studies of Environmental Monitoring and Risk Assessment in Marine and Aquatic ecosystems.
